About the Genuine Bavarian bakery

Genuine Bavarian Bread began as a confectionery and gingerbread bakery founded in 1905. Since 1960, Franz Leupoldt leads the company, in its 3rd generation. PEMA has grown from a small craftsman-company into an internationally successful corporation. PEMA remains a family owned business for more than 100 years and still bakes according to the old family recipes.


About the Hümmlinger bakery

The Bakers of the Hümmlinger Yeast Free line of bread have been specializing in the production of wholemeal bread since 1930. They use carefully selected grains from controlled cultivation along with modern baking technology to guarantee top-quality products for a healthy diet.

We are a second generation business, being the sole importers of Genuine Bavarian and Hummlinger brand breads, we have proudly been providing a healthy alternative for clean eating in the U.S. for the past 25 years.
